The founding physician will retain authority over patient acceptance, diagnosis, prescribing, clinical protocols, medical records, clinical personnel and standards of care.

Bigado and LeadTap will support the nonclinical brand, patient acquisition, enrollment, follow-up, automation, operations and performance measurement.
