Guarantee that Lumaevia will open in a particular location
Guarantee eligibility or acceptance into a future program
Reserve an appointment or membership
Create a contractual right to future services

Require Lumaevia to offer any particular service
3. No Medical Services or Medical Advice
Lumaevia.com currently provides general educational and business-development information only.
The website does not provide:

Diagnosis or treatment

A physician-patient relationship may be established only through a future licensed clinical entity and its authorized healthcare professionals, after appropriate registration, evaluation, consent, acceptance, and execution of applicable clinical agreements.
Any future medical services may be subject to separate consent forms, privacy notices, membership terms, financial policies, telehealth terms, and clinical agreements.
